Simone Williams is a U.S. immigration and business attorney whose professional expertise is shaped by a deeply personal journey. She first came to the United States as an international student and later secured employment-based sponsorship, an experience that fuels her passion for helping others achieve their U.S. goals. Today, she leads Williams Global Law with that same dedication and empathy, embedding into the firm a culture of excellence, precision, and unwavering commitment to client success.

Experience & Background
Simone previously served as General Counsel to a multi-million-dollar EB-5 Regional Center, where she managed the immigration process, operations, and investor matters.
Before that, she worked in Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto and Washington, D.C. offices, advising multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and individual clients on U.S. immigration, Canadian immigration, and global mobility.
She works extensively with multinational executives, foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and individuals of extraordinary ability and exceptional talent on complex immigration and business matters, including employment-based immigration strategy, extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions, O-1 and L-1 visas, E-2 and EB-5 investor representation, cross-border corporate structuring, internal HR and compliance training, and ongoing regulatory and workforce compliance support.
