Robert received his legal training at two of the nation’s leading law firms, Skadden Arps and King & Spalding, where he represented major corporations in high-exposure matters, including SEC investigations, nationwide class actions, complex product liability cases, multi-state regulatory approvals, and significant commercial disputes.

His experience includes advising foreign and domestic manufacturers, telecommunications companies, delivery service providers, and pharmaceutical companies in litigation and regulatory challenges across the country. He also assists companies with business formation, capitalization, e-commerce, compliance strategies, risk mitigation, and winding-up matters.
