APRIL 2025 VISA BULLETIN

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released the Visa Bulletin for April 2025: (i) Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin will be used for employment-based preference filings; and, (ii) Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin will be used for family-sponsored filings.

Highlights for the employment based:

• There has been a couple of months of progression for 2nd, 3rd, and Other Workers preferences.

• It has become unavailable for 4th and Certain Religious Workers preferences.

Family sponsored preferences the chart to consider is:

There has not been any regression in comparison to the prior month’s visa bulletin for family sponsored preferences.
