SIMONE WILLIAMS SPEAKING AT THE 15TH ANNUAL EB-5 INDUSTRY FORUM IN APRIL!

We are excited to announce that our Founding Partner, Simone Williams, will participate as a speaker at the 2025 IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum taking place in Houston, TX this upcoming April 28 to 30, 2025.

Invest in the USA (IIUSA) is a leading non-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program and hosts this premier annual event, bringing together top stakeholders in the EB-5 immigrant investor program.

Simone will be featured in Session 4A – Regional Center Site Visits & Audits.  In 2024, USCIS began conducting Regional Center Site Visits and Audits under the new scrutiny of the RIA.  At last year’s EB-5 Industry Forum, Regional Centers were just starting to have their first exposure to these required checks and balances.  This panel will discuss what we know about site visits and audits now, best practices for being ready, and what to expect during the process.
