Our Founder and Managing Partner, Simone Williams was featured as a leading voice during a panel discussion at the SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026, which took place on May 3, 2026. The Summit brought together global investors, business leaders, and economic development organizations to explore opportunities and strategies for successful U.S. market entry.
Guiding Global Investors Toward U.S. Expansion
At the panel discussion entitled “Strategic Visa Planning for Successful U.S. Market Entry,” Simone shared practical insights on how immigration strategy plays a critical role in business expansion. Drawing on her extensive experience working with international investors and companies, she discussed key visa pathways—including E-1, E-2, L-1A, and EB-5—and how to align these options with broader business goals and timelines.
She was joined by fellow U.S. market entry and international business experts, including Jote Wakjira of Equinox Outsourced Services; David Garfield of Garfield Immigration Law Group; Melissa Muhammad of the Black and Global Business Network; and Kathrine VanLiew, Vice President of International Business Attraction at the Washington DC Economic Partnership.
