The Summit brought together global investors, business leaders, and economic development organizations to explore opportunities and strategies for successful U.S. market entry.

At the panel discussion entitled “Strategic Visa Planning for Successful U.S. Market Entry,” Simone shared practical insights on how immigration strategy plays a critical role in business expansion. Drawing on her extensive experience working with international investors and companies, she discussed key visa pathways—including E-1, E-2, L-1A, and EB-5—and how to align these options with broader business goals and timelines.
