As of April 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Labor has released updated timelines for PERM and Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) processing:
PERM Processing:
Applications under Analyst Review: Filed in December 2023 or earlier
Average Processing Time: 497 calendar days
Reconsideration Requests: Being reviewed from February 2025 and earlier
PWD Processing:
H-1B OEWS Requests: Filed in November 2024 or earlier
H-1B Non-OEWS Requests: Filed in October 2024 or earlier
PERM OEWS Requests: Filed in November 2024 or earlier
PERM Non-OEWS Requests: Filed in October 2024 or earlier
Redeterminations: Appeals filed in December 2024 or earlier
Center Director Reviews: Cases from August 2024 or earlier
