IMMIGRANT ENTREPRENEURS TO GAIN EASIER ACCESS TO IMMIGRATION

On Monday, the Biden Administration announced it would revive the International Entrepreneur Rule (IER), a program that would allow more immigrant entrepreneurs to come to the United States and start their businesses.

The program permits foreign entrepreneurs to stay in the U.S. for up to five years as long as they own at least 10 percent of a startup and attract at least $250,000 from U.S. investors, hire 10 employees or meet other benchmarks.

Please, contact one of our attorneys for more information on the IER program.
