EB-5 Regional Center Program Extended Until December 7

​​​​​​​The EB-5 Program, which was scheduled to expire on September 30, has been extended through a resolution passed by the House and Senate on September 26, 2018 and signed by the President on September 28, 2018. The extension has no new added changes and will last through December 7, 2018.
