EB-5 Regional Center Program Extended until December 22, 2017

On December 7, 2017, the House and Senate passed a continuing resolution, H.J.Res.123 - Making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2018, and for other purposes, which, among other things, extends important immigration programs, including the EB-5 Regional Center Program, with no changes until December 22, 2017. The resolution was signed by President Trump on December 8, 2017.
