EB-5 Program extended until December 9, 2016
The Continuing Resolution (CR) signed by President Barack Obama, and passed by both House and Senate, extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program until Friday, December 9, 2016, with no changes to the program policy.
By this extension, Congress gives itself more time to consider new reforms and changes to be applied to the Program. The expected reforms include raise of a minimum investment amount, reforming Targeted Employment Areas, job creation requirements etc.
