NVC Launches New EB-5 Investor Assistance Desk Email Box

Starting February 22, 2016, the National Visa Center’s (NVC) Assistance Desk will be launched. The desk provides customers who have visa processing questions, the ability to email and receive answers by a team of professionals trained specifically in EB-5 investor petitions.

The new email-box is designed to respond to case status inquiries and answer questions about EB-5 immigrant visa processing, but not to change the NVC’s application process.

The Assistance Desk will help the NVC address some challenges that they are facing which include, but not limited too, missing Fee Bills for applicants, misspelled names on Fee Bills, and delays in the issuance of Fee Bills.
