EB-5 Regional Center Program Extended without Changes until September 30, 2016.

Approved by Congress and signed by the President Barack Obama, the EB-5 financing program has been continued without any reforms through September 30, 3016.

The extended program permits foreign investors to continue obtaining permanent residence (green cards) by investing a minimum of $500,000 to new businesses in the U.S.
