After new fees for most immigration forms went into effect on December 23, 2016, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published updated versions of the forms. The prior versions of forms, with the exception of Form N-400, will still be accepted until February 21, 2017, although the should include the updated fees.
